چکیده

The 2014 implementation of key provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) represents one of the largest health insurance expansions since the creation of Medicare and Medicaid in 1965. Though the ACA's Medicaid expansion is optional, 26 states and the District of Columbia had expanded their Medicaid programs by the end of 2014.
